For T Magazine I spent a day filming chef Frederik Bille Brahe on a neighborhood tour of his favorite places in Outer Nørrebro, an area that borders the northern edge of Copenhagen.
On the tour we visited the nonprofit farm stand Grønne Bønner, the bakery Bageriet B, Assistens Cemetery, art gallery Andersens Contemporary and natural wine shop Vin de Table.
For butter company Savor I photographed and filmed chef David Zilber for a promotional video for the company.
For Forbes Austria I recently visited CEO Christian Stadil at his castle Harridslevgaard Castle in Funen, Denmark.
Together with his father Christian Stadil has built the Danish business group Thornico from a small family investment into a billion-euro conglomerate with around 130 companies and €1.4 billion in revenue. Christian calls his business philosophy “Company Karma”.

Alfred is currently on summer school in Copenhagen but his future at Harvard is uncertain since Trumps decision to ban foreign students.
